Grainger Offers Scholarship

Grainger recently awarded a Tools for Tomorrow scholarship to Metropolitan Community College (MCC) student Jacob Blankenship and to Minneapolis Community and Technical College (MCTC) student Sam Marchiafava. They are two of 35 students across the nation who will receive a $2,000 scholarship and, upon graduation, a Westward® tool package from Grainger to support his future career.

Making the presentation at the Business and Technology Campus in Kansas City, Mo., are Grainger personnel (from left) Jan Allen, branch manager; Steve Horseman, district sales manager; Brian Galaske, account manager; and Chris Jones, district branch services manager; Blankenship; Dick Decker, MCC HVAC instructor; and Tom Wheeler, MCC dean of instruction.
