The CVC-100 dry HEPA vacuum is ideal for removing heavy deposits from coils prior to washing or for cleaning coils in areas where using a water flush is not an option, says the company. The two-speed unit can be used as either a vacuum or blower. It produces a maximum static water lift of 90 inches and a maximum air displacement of 135 cfm. The vacuum features a four-stage filtration system, a 6-foot hose, and a variety of custom designed accessories to clean even the hardest-to-reach areas found in and around most coils. When recovering debris, a disposable paper filter collection bag, with a capacity of 2 quarts, traps the majority of materials. Fine particles are filtered to 0.3 microns by a cloth filter, a foam filter, and a HEPA filter. According to the manufacturer, the HEPA filter is 99.97 percent efficient at 0.3 microns. The unit offers 58 dBa at low speed and 68 dBa at high speed, for quiet operation.
