HOUSTON, TX — Goodman Manufacturing Company, L.P., recently received Maintenance Warehouse's "Partner of the Year" award. Goodman supplies Maintenance Warehouse with Janitrol® heating and air conditioning equipment and Amana® brand packaged terminal air conditioning units (PTACs).

Maintenance Warehouse is a leading supplier of maintenance, repair, and replacement products to owners and managers of multi-housing, lodging, and commercial properties. The company gives its annual "Partner of the Year" award to vendors that exemplify its ideal business partner. Vendors are graded on such attributes as customer service, fill rate, on-time delivery, and product performance. Out of hundreds of vendors, Maintenance Warehouse presents this award to only a handful of companies every year.

Standouts in the Goodman organization, according to Stapley, included the Pioneer Metals distribution network in Florida, as well as Goodman's company-owned facilities in Phoenix, AZ, and Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin, TX.
