Goodman Selected As Maintenance Warehouse's 'Partner of the Year'
Maintenance Warehouse is a leading supplier of maintenance, repair, and replacement products to owners and managers of multi-housing, lodging, and commercial properties. The company gives its annual "Partner of the Year" award to vendors that exemplify its ideal business partner. Vendors are graded on such attributes as customer service, fill rate, on-time delivery, and product performance. Out of hundreds of vendors, Maintenance Warehouse presents this award to only a handful of companies every year.

"In the last year, Goodman has improved its business processes dramatically. Their increase in fill rates and on-time delivery led to a dramatic improvement of our distribution center efficiency. Customer service from Goodman distributors and dealers this year has been exceptional."
Standouts in the Goodman organization, according to Stapley, included the Pioneer Metals distribution network in Florida, as well as Goodman's company-owned facilities in Phoenix, AZ, and Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin, TX.

Bride attributed the process and performance improvements to the company's operations and logistics organizations. "In the last year, Goodman has brought in some extremely talented people to help improve our processes," Bride explained. "The changes made in our production and logistics groups, as well as in our customer response team, have been exciting for us. We're glad that our customers are noticing, too."
Maintenance Warehouse is a wholly owned subsidiary of Home Depot and provides maintenance, repair, and operational (MRO) parts to facility maintenance professionals. The company is based in San Diego and employs about 1,400 associates in its customer service centers, field sales force, and distribution centers.
