Globalliance has subsidiaries in Germany, United Kingdom, Benelux, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Canada, U.S., and Mexico. Member companies include WM-Group, Bibby Distribution, LogiDocks, and Purchased Parts Group/Advanced Logistics Solutions. The membership is expected to expand in the coming months.

These services will be extended to the customers of all Globalliance member companies. Likewise, the Globalliance members will provide matching services to fulfill customers' needs in Europe, including transportation.
