Gems Sensors Inc.: LOW-WATER CUTOFF
To meet the
low-water cutoff requirements (CSD-l) of ASME, a Warrick Series 3H single probe can be used with a solid-state Warrick Series 26M plug-in control. The one-piece construction of the probe allows the core to be installed directly through the top of the boiler with only a rubber boot; no fitting or coupling is required, the company says. The control module, developed specifically for low-water cutoff applications, has all electrical components protected inside a sealed plastic housing. The module is installed by means of a simple 11-pin plug, says the company.
