Advanced Refrigeration Technologies (La Quinta, CA) announced that it is participating in a new energy efficiency incentive program developed by San Diego Gas and Electric. The $100 incentive is offered to commercial customers with walk-in refrigerators and freezers who have evaporator fan controllers installed.

Meridian Project Systems (Sacramento, CA) has announced the integration of its application Prolog Manager with The Blue Book online directory database, The integrated products allow contractors to expand the bidding process with online access to more than 600,000 company listings.

AdobeAir, Inc. (Phoenix, AZ) has been acquired by Castle Harlan, Inc. (New York, NY), a merchant bank.

Informative Graphics Corp. (Phoenix, AZ) announced an agreement with Constructw@re (Atlanta, GA) to use Informative Graphics’ Brava! technology to power viewing and collaboration in Constructw@re’s Web site.
