York International Corp.

York International Corp. (York, PA) declared the regular quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable June 30 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 21.

Nyle International Corp.

Nyle International Corp. (Bangor, ME) announced that its subsidiary, Nyle Special Products, LLC, has entered into a contract with Northeast Utilities to sell to Northeast an initial order of 5,000 units of its new “NyleTherm” heat pump hot water heaters.

ICOR International, Inc.

Canteen Vending Services has directed its nationwide network of service centers to use Hot Shot R-414B, made by ICOR International, Inc. (Indianapolis, IN), as their primary R-12 replacement.
