ServiceMaster (Downers Grove, IL) has declared a fourth-quarter cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on October 31, 2001 to shareholders of record on October 12, 2001. The quarterly dividend payment is consistent with the dividend rate paid for the prior five quarters and results in a total dividend payment for 2001 of $0.40 per share, a 5% increase over 2000.
