Noland Company (Newport News, Va.) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 8 cents, payable on April 29 to stockholders of record at close of business April 14.
Echelon (San Jose, Calif.) reported first-quarter earnings per share of 3 cents. Revenues for the quarter were $27 million, compared to $32.6 million for the same period in 2003.
Amcast Industrial Corporation (Dayton, Ohio) reported financial results for its second quarter ending Feb. 29. Sales were $94.9 million in the second quarter, while operating income of $2.4 million was up almost 31 percent over the prior-year quarter.
