  • Noland Co. (Newport News, VA) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.08, which was payable on Jan. 24 to stockholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 14.
  • The Modine Manufacturing Co. (Racine, WI) has reported net earnings of $1.3 million, or $0.04 per fully diluted share, on total revenue of $270.4 million for the quarter ended Dec. 26, 2001. Compared to the prior year, revenue increased by 1.9% and net earnings declined by 82.3%, reflecting an $8.5 million restructuring charge and other related costs. The company also declared a third-quarter dividend of 12.5 cents per share on the outstanding common stock, payable March 7 to all shareholders of record by Feb. 22.
  • Software provider Hard Dollar Corp. (Tempe, AZ) has exceeded its 2001 revenue target and has achieved a year-over-year revenue increase of 38%.
