ACR Group Inc. (Houston) has reported a net loss of $108,000 or $0.01 per share for the quarter ending Nov. 30, 2002. This is a decline of 68 percent compared to a net loss of $336,000 or $0.03 per share for the same quarter in 2001. The company also reported sales of $128.6 million for the nine-month period ending Nov. 30, 2002, an increase of 4 percent over the $123.2 million reported in the nine-month period ending Nov. 30, 2001.
