ST. LOUIS - Emerson Climate Technologies announced the three finalists in the White-Rodgers® 90 Series™ Blue™ Mustang® Giveaway. Kevin Culver of Omaha, Neb.; Justin Nelson of Richmond, Va.; and Adam Menchhofer of Covington, Ky., will each have the chance to win a brand-new blue 2006 Ford® Mustang GT as part of White-Rodgers' promotion of its 90 Series Blue touchscreen thermostats.

The three finalists were randomly selected by Mark Bulanda, president of White-Rodgers, from a list of all the contractors who attended product demonstrations and sales presentations held in the United States and Canada on the 90 Series Blue thermostats. The New Color Of Innovation presentations informed contractors of the new thermostat and the features that differentiate it from other touchscreen thermostats. The contest's slogan, "Get Behind Blue. Then Get Behind the Wheel," encouraged contractors to experience firsthand the benefits of the product.

The 90 Series Blue touchscreen thermostat features installer menu setup, audio prompting that confirms touchscreen entries, temporary vacation overrides, and filter-change reminders.

"Our goal was to encourage contractors to install and use the thermostat in their own homes, so that they would see the quality and innovation the product offers to the industry," said Bulanda.

"We value the relationship we have with our contractors. It means a lot for us to be able to show our appreciation for their continued support of our products by giving one of them a chance to drive away with a brand-new Mustang GT."

The three finalists will receive free airfare and accommodations for the Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating (AHR) Expo, where they will attend an invitation-only reception to be held prior to the opening of the trade show, courtesy of Emerson Climate Technologies.

The contestants will participate in a series of random drawings before selecting individual keys to the Mustang, one of which will start the car. They will be assisted in their efforts to win the Mustang by former Chicago Bears stars Dan Hampton, Steve McMichael, and Shaun Gayle.
