Feb. 20, 2004: James Promoted To President Of Aire Serv

WACO, Texas - Doyle James has been promoted to president of Aire Serv® Heating & Air Conditioning, a subsidiary of The Dwyer Group. James, who previously served as chief operating officer, will oversee the entire Aire Serv franchise system.

"Doyle has done an outstanding job leading Aire Serv, revealing his skills for growing the company to be a leader in the industry," said Dina Dwyer-Owens, president and CEO of The Dwyer Group.

James joined Aire Serv in 1997 as a franchise systems manager. He was later promoted to vice president of operations. In June 2003, he was named chief operating officer.

In his new role as president, James said he plans to market the benefits of Aire Serv's franchise systems more aggressively. He noted that he wants to grow the network in locations and services, and actively research compatible HVAC multi-location acquisitions that can be turned into independent franchised Aire Serv locations.
