The Caddy SuperFix 454 is an easy-close pipe clamp that works on steel and copper lines from 1/4 to 4 inches (12mm to 114mm). A unique hinged design eliminates the need to disassemble the clamp prior to installation and allows the installer to close the pipe clamp with one hand without turning a screw. Once the pipe is installed, the user tightens the screw to secure the pipe in place. The all-steel design of the closing mechanism means that the strength is not significantly reduced by exposure to heat. All of the pipe clamps have a 5- to 8-micron electro-galvanized coating to protect against corrosion.
