ePL Launches New Commercial eLearning Web Site

ePerformance Learning (ePL) has launched its new eLearning web site for commercial HVAC contractors.

Dean Ferrara, founder and president of ePerformance Learning, stated, "Our old site was a great first step, but we feel this new site will take us where we want go."

The old site focused primarily on commercial service, with an infusion of some business information. The new site focuses more on the "core business areas" of a commercial HVAC company:

  • Marketing;

  • Sales;

  • Operations;

  • Service;

  • HR Department;

  • IAQ;

  • Finance;

  • Leadership and management; and

  • Personal development.

    "We now have the foundation for a business resource that we believe most contractors will not want to be without. Our annual fee still remains a fantastic company and employee benefit for only $950.00. If you were to go into the site today, the materials in the HR Department alone are worth thousands of dollars if you had to develop them all yourself," said Ferrara.

    The materials on the site are from ePL staff as well as industry and business consultants.

    According to Ferrara, "ePerformance Learning is an online consulting and education service that is committed to giving visitors access to a comprehensive library of business solutions specifically designed to increase profits in the heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration business."
