Emerson Hosts Facility Tour at Copeland Compressor Plant

ST. LOUIS - Emerson Climate Technologies hosted a tour for St. Louis-area contractors at its Lebanon, Mo., Copeland Scroll® compressor plant. Various Emerson Climate divisions teamed up to provide a plant tour and a full day of training for over 50 contractor attendees.

“We wanted to invite local contractors to join us for a unique tour of our facility, as well as a few informational sessions,” said Ken Perkins, director, Contractor Support Team, Emerson Climate Technologies. “We felt that it would be a great opportunity for contractors to experience firsthand the engineering and passion behind our products.”

“I would recommend attending this tour,” said Henry Hoff, Hoff Heating and A/C. “Not only was it great to see the internal works of a compressor and the engineering that goes on behind the scenes, but it was also a good opportunity to talk with the other HVAC contractors that were there.”

Due to the success of this year’s event, Emerson Climate Technologies is already planning another tour of the facility for next year.
