According to the manufacturer, the Blue thermostat platform has been adapted to address the key concerns of the growing Hispanic population. The easy-to-install thermostat line includes three models. The preprogrammed software for simplified time and temperature programming gives homeowners the confidence that they will achieve their desired level of comfort and energy efficiency. The Energy-Star-approved thermostats maintain room temperature differential within 1°F and have multiple programming choices to maximize efficiency during the week and on weekends. To accompany the new thermostats, the manufacturer is also implementing a Spanish-speaking homeowner helpline (877-978-7828) for homeowners with questions as well as a Spanish-language NATE certification-training module for contractors.
