HEBRON, Ky. — Excellence Alliance Inc. (EAI) announced that Jim Norris has fulfilled his time of commitment as president and chief operating officer and has resigned this position. Norris will continue to play an active roll in EAI as a member of the board of directors, chairman of the Contractors Advisory Board, and a consultant to EAI.

Eric Kuns has resigned his position as vice president of membership sales and retention in order to accept a position with Bruner Corporation, an EAI member company. Kuns will also remain active as a member of the board of directors and an advisor to EAI.

On an interim basis, Mike Callahan, partner in Callahan/Roach & Garofalo, has accepted responsibility for both of these positions until September 1, 2003. Callahan said, “I will focus on continuing to realign our organization to better serve our members and to grow our membership numbers. In addition, I will facilitate the search for new, permanent leadership for EAI.”

Callahan also announced that Bob Newton has been named vice president of strategic alliances and Vicki Yorio has been named vice president of member services. In addition to his position as vice president of finance, Matt Fuhr will assume responsibility for the internal operations functions formerly headed up by Yorio.
