Model HT125 is a high-temperature stainless steel datalogger with a 5-inch probe. The data-logger allows users to download data to a PC, using DicksonWare™, for viewing, graphing, and/or printing, the company states. It features a waterproof stainless steel case, which can monitor and withstand temperatures from -40 to 125 degrees C (-40 to 257 degrees F). Without the probe, the datalogger is 0.688 inches wide by 3.69 inches long. According to the manufacturer, these dataloggers are ideal for tracking sterilization, pasteurization, autoclave, and oven temperatures.
