Diamonds And Loyalty

MINNEAPOLIS - Honeywell announced its Authorized Systems Distributors (ASDs) that have attained the status of 2006 Diamond Distributor in Building Control Systems' Diamond Distributor program. The program is designed for ASDs that achieve exceptional business results and positively position Honeywell in the local marketplace.

The 2006 Diamond Distributors are: Broudy Precision Equipment Co., Philadelphia; Burke Engineering Co., South El Monte, Calif.; Cochrane Supply & Engineering, Madison Heights, Mich.; Controlco, Concord, Calif.; Control Consultants Inc., Boston; Ener-Tech/Quality Controls Inc., Nashville, Tenn./Birmingham, Ala.; MI Controls, Seattle; Professional Energy Systems, Cleveland; Stromquist & Co., Atlanta; The O'Connor Co., Lenexa, Kan.; and Universal Supply Group, Hawthorne, N.J.

"The goal of the Diamond Distributor program is to increase the volume and the loyalty between Honeywell and its distributor business partners," said Dave Molin, general manager, Building Control Systems. "This program takes the business partnership to a higher, more effective level and provides benefits to the distributor, their contractor partners, and Honeywell."

To qualify for the program, an ASD must have achieved a minimum volume of product purchases from Honeywell in the previous calendar year, and achieve a scorecard result that measures both business results and market behaviors.
