Dec. 11, 2002: Wilmink Resigns As President Of EAI

HEBRON, KY — Excellence Alliance Inc. (EAI) announced that its founder and president, Jeff Wilmink, has resigned voluntarily from his position effective December 6, 2002. Under Wilmink, EAI grew to a membership of 200-plus independent HVACR contractors, offering programs, products, and services for its members.

Jim Norris has stepped into the role of president and chief operating officer of EAI. Norris has been with EAI for almost three years, and has previously served as chairman of GroupMAC and executive vice president of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA).

Norris said that EAI will continue to operate all of its programs and serve its members in expanding the organization’s growth. “We have a great foundation,” he added. “The programs in place and those we have planned for the next year will continue. The entire Alliance staff is dedicated to helping all of its members and Allies become stronger and more profitable as a result of the work we do together.”
