WASHINGTON - The United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada (UA) has announced that General President Martin J. Maddaloni and General Secretary-Treasurer Thomas H. Patchell have officially retired from the organization.
The general executive board met and confirmed William P. Hite as general president of the United Association for the remainder of the term. In addition, Patrick R. Perno has been named as general secretary-treasurer and Stephen F. Kelly as assistant general president, and both will also serve the remainder of the term.
