The TruckDeck™ Professional Series converts a work truck bed into a storage system. According to the manufacturer, the storage system is like having a tool chest for a truck bed. The storage system features up to six lockable storage compartments, depending on bed length, and is constructed of durable 0.080-inch aluminum diamond plate and zinc-plated internal hardware. The compartments contain removable polyethylene containers with optional rear drawer-slide capability. Designed to fit the exact size and shape of the bed it is installed in, each of the TruckDeck’s weather-resistant compartments is secured with stainless steel rotary T-handle latches and sealed with a neoprene rubber gasket. The storage system is supported by a heavy-duty aluminum tubular frame that extends to the sidewalls of the bed. The deck provides 1,000 pounds of distributed load capacity, and ladders or additional equipment can be attached to the deck via six Cargo Cleats, which are included. If users have items or equipment loaded on top of the deck, the rear hatch can be lifted, the rear sliding drawer containers pulled out, and the tools removed without unloading unnecessary gear. The series is currently available in a polished, nonskid or color-matched powder-coated surface finish for late-model Chevrolet/GMC, Ford, Dodge, Nissan, and Toyota pickups.
