The Small CRKQ hermetic compressor has a more compact frame design than other CR compressors, says the company. Available from 1 to 21¼2 hp, the unit is designed for room air conditioning and mini-split systems. It provides low compressor sound and low discharge pulse, which results in decreased system sound and vibration, the com-pany says. Engineered for worldwide air conditioning applications, the compressor is designed to deliver optimal performance at high ambient temperatures, according to the manufacturer.
