• Apple Heating & Cooling (Ashtabula, Ohio) acquired the assets of Gallo Heating and Air Conditioning (Wickliffe, Ohio).

• Jack Howk Plumbing (Portland, Ore.) was purchased by Rescue Rooter through parent company American Residential Services LLC (Memphis, Tenn.).
