  • Excellence Co-opetition LLC (Cincinnati) announced the addition of Temperature Service Company (Elk Grove Village, Ill.), Jackson & Sons Heating & Air Conditioning (Dudley, N.C.), Aerotech Mechanical (Youngstown, Ohio), and Shipley Services (York, Pa.) as contractor partners.

  • Cropp-Metcalfe (Fairfax, Va.) has acquired the operations of Primary Multicraft (Beltsville, Md.). The company said the acquisition will better serve customers throughout the Washington metropolitan area.

  • J & S Heating and Air Conditioning (Kansas City, Mo.) was recently purchased by Reedy Industries Inc. (Glenview, Ill.).
