S.I. Goldman Company Inc./Comfort Systems USA (Longwood, Fla.) is nearing completion of three contracts at Fifield Hall, the agricultural college of the University of Florida in Gainesville. Services include installation of pre-insulated underground pipe, plumbing systems, mechanical systems, and four air handlers.

Kenneth Klein, P.E., and Keith Fitzpatrick, P.E., have been named vice presidents of the New York office of Syska Hennessy Group, a consulting, engineering, technology, and construction firm.

Exelon Services (Chicago) has launched its online maintenance tracking system called InTouch. According to the company, customers with a maintenance agreement will have automatic access to service data through the website.

Several members of Contractors 2000 (White Bear Lake, Minn.) organized a competition to see which company could provide the most assistance to a food drive to help needy families. By the completion of the event, 17 member companies had collected nearly six tons of food and almost $2,000. MacGregor Plumbing & Heating Inc. (Harbor Springs, Mich.) grossed the most food items, contributing 1.2 tons of food, while Village Plumbing Company (Houston, TX) provided the largest cash contribution, donating $724.

Mr. Electric (Waco, Texas), a subsidiary of The Dwyer Group, has become an associate member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI) (Richardson, Texas).
