The Howard Webb Sr. family has reached an agreement with FirstEnergy Corp. (Akron, Ohio) to purchase Webb Technologies (Norfolk, Va.) and Colonial Mechanical Corporation (Richmond, Va.). The family sold Webb Technologies to FirstEnergy in 1999.
The Dwyer Group (Waco, Texas) was named to Franchise Times magazine’s “20 to Watch” list for 2003.
Duane Riechers has joined Condaire Inc. (St. Louis, Mo.) as project manager.
