Contractor Heaps Praise On Walk-in Truck

CLEVELAND, OH — Vince Bona is a happy man. The owner of Bona & Sons Plumbing & Heating in Cleveland recently switched from his cargo service van to a walk-in truck in May 2001. Bona said he can now carry a lot more equipment in his vehicle. He said the extra gear enables him to do more prefabrication work onsite, which cuts his operating expenses. “The truck has been great,” stated Bona. “It’s big enough to let us work inside.”

The truck is manufactured by Workhorse Custom Chassis (www.workhorsecc.com). Workhorse said it can custom tailor the walk-in trucks to a customer’s specifications, including options like a/c, partitions, and passenger seats.
