It seemed logical to have a location where the shoppers are, according to owner Jeff Davis, who said the showroom has paid off and is "like a remote sales office." It is located six miles from the main location.

The mall attracts some 1,000 shoppers daily. Davis credits the mall idea with increasing company sales by 20%. Two new service techs have been added to keep up with demand. Budget Heating & Cooling has been a Lennox dealer for five years.
