The OPD Series omnidirectional plaque diffuser is designed for T-bar or lay-in ceiling applications. The diffuser offers the high volume of air diffusion typical of more traditional step-down, cone models, such as the HVS Series, says the company. The diffuser offers a clean look that is designed to blend into the surrounding lay-in ceiling panels. The plaque or shelf is constructed of heavy-gauge steel and features corner radii for both aesthetic and functional purposes. According to the manufacturer, true 360-degree air diffusion is made possible in a quiet and trouble-free operation. The OPD is offered with several fixed collar options as well as the “A” or no collar versions. Three insulation options are available.
