ATLANTA — Johnson Controls Integrated Facility Management has announced a major strategic alliance and investment in Computerized Facility Integration, LLC (CFI), a corporate real estate and facility management technology consulting and integration firm.

Through this alliance, the two companies hope to significantly advance the industry standard for workplace technology integration and performance improvement.

CFI implements space forecasting, lease management, asset tracking, maintenance management, and geographic information systems technology, focusing on integrating these technologies with other systems across the corporate enterprise to allow for a single point of management.

Johnson Controls Integrated Facility Management provides integrated facility management and workplace consulting services to global corporations. Together with CFI, the company says it now enables a corporation to focus on its core business while the facilities are maintained with technology systems.
