Computer Process Controls: Restaurant Control System
The E2 control system is designed to give restaurant operators a tool to help them better control and manage HVACR, lighting, irrigation, and cooking systems. It creates a restaurant environment where disparate systems are connected and can be managed and monitored from a central location, says the company. According to the manufacturer, the E2 can control any load via a time schedule, sensor, or a combination of both. The control system can reduce energy costs by an average of 10 percent or more by identifying critical equipment failures and operating equipment and lighting more efficiently, the company states.
