Every year The NEWS introduces the latest heating equipment available for the upcoming heating season. The intent is to help contractors prepare for this busy period by doing the research that will help them distinguish between brands.
Like last year, this year’s Heating Showcase has been split into two parts, commercial and residential. The commercial information is published in this issue, and the residential-light commercial products will be featured in the Sept. 13 issue of The NEWS. The coverage includes feature-specific information about each product as submitted by the manufacturers.
The showcase’s product grid includes technical facts such as unit tonnage, refrigerant (if any), efficiency rating, and capacity. The photo feature provides more in-depth information on the features of each unit, plus technical support information. The manufacturers provided all of the data included in both the product grid and photo feature. Therefore, any questions should be directed to them via the contact information provided in the photo feature.
To access the photo feature and product grid, go to the feature article 2010 Commercial Heating Showcase in this issue.
