The RSE Series split system condensing units has been expanded with the introduction of three-phase models in capacities from 3 to 5 tons. Intended for commercial installations, there are units available in 208/230, 460, and 575V. They feature a heavy-duty compressor and top discharge fan assembly. Long-life copper coils are built with enhanced aluminum fins to provide maximum surface for heat exchange. To protect components, the durable cabinet has a full metal jacket made of heavy-gauge galvanized steel. A tough epoxy coating stands up to harsh weather conditions. The RSE Series is designed for fast installation with service ports and controls that are conveniently located. Units come pre-charged and are fully assembled. A compressor discharge muffler, top air discharge, and special fan motor mount all contribute to quiet operation by minimizing operational sound. All three-phase models are matched with the company’s cased and uncased coils to achieve energy efficiency ratings of 13 SEER; 3-, 3.5- and 4-ton models can also be matched with the MHN Series of cased coils to achieve 14 SEER.
