SARASOTA, Fla. - Clockwork Home Services Inc., formerly VenVest Inc., recently acquired Atlanta-based Mister Sparky Inc. With 2006-projected revenue of $10 million, Mister Sparky is considered the largest residential electrical service and repair company in the eastern United States and one of the biggest in North America.

Clockwork establishes and builds nationally branded franchises for the home services contractor market. It is acquiring ownership, rights, and uses of all Mister Sparky trademarks, the Mister Sparky name, clients, all other intellectual property, and ownership of Mister Sparky's equipment, facilities, and operations. Mister Sparky employs a staff of 68 professionals in the metropolitan Atlanta area. Patrick Kennedy, founder and CEO of Mister Sparky Inc., will join Clockwork Home Services as vice president of franchise sales.
