MEADVILLE, Pa. - Channellock Inc., manufacturer of high-quality pliers and hand tools, recently applied its design expertise to a different area: the company's Website.

According to the company, with the site's new look and streamlined navigation, visitors have the ability to purchase Channellock products directly from the Website and can view information about each product. The full Channellock product catalog is also downloadable. In addition, visitors can learn about the Channellock story, read the latest company news, take a plant tour, and contact the company with product questions directly through the site.

"Channellock is known for hand tools of high quality and craftsmanship, and our vast product line is the top choice of professionals and the knowledgeable do-it-yourself market," said Scott Jonap, vice president of sales and marketing for Channellock. "It's only natural for our Website to reflect that same level of quality and dedication to our customers."

The site redesign coincides with a new marketing, advertising, and public relations campaign unveiled earlier this year: "Work Hard. Sweat Blue." Print advertisements and radio spots, which will be placed throughout 2006 and beyond, were designed to reflect Channellock's approach to manufacturing hand tools.
