The improved 52P Premier Series packaged terminal air conditioners (PTACs) now have a higher Energy Efficiency Rating (EER) — up to 12.7. All Premier Series models are available in sizes from 7,000 to 15,000 Btu and are designed to fit most industry-standard 42- by 16-inch wall sleeves. Each unit comes standard with two-stage condensate removal, 50 CFM of ventilation air, and front-access air filters. According to the manufacturer, these units are all backed by the company’s most comprehensive five-year limited warranty.
