The Series 9X microprocessor-based intelligent direct spark and intermittent pilot ignition control modules are designed for OEM and replacement for natural, manufactured gas, or LP applications. The modules provide standard wiring and configuration, allowing simplified installation and replacement. The internal circuitry monitors system gas valve, wiring, and igniter while automatically shutting down the system in the event of a failed or shorted circuit. The modules are supplied with a flame status and diagnostic LED indicator for accurate troubleshooting and constant status. The 9X has proprietary-designed Optical Data Link (ODL), which allows programs to be downloaded wirelessly per custom OEM specifications. This allows the capability to stock base units and install the various custom OEM programs within seconds, the company stated. Other options include quick start, flame stabilization, reignition, spark restoration, volatile or nonvolatile memory, along with thousands of various timing combinations.
