Burnham Commercial: Boiler Temperature Control

The RTC Return Temperature Control provides an economical means of boiler protection from thermal shock and sustained condensing operation, says the company. The control monitors the boiler return water temperature and operates a three-way diverting valve and boiler circulator to maintain a minimum temperature of 135 degrees F or higher. Features include self-diagnostic test sequence with error messages, adjustable boiler pump purge, built-in off-season pump and valve exerciser, and a 24-VAC floating motor actuator on a three-way valve. The control is available as a Basic RTC Kit or an RTC Kit with Outdoor Reset. It can be added to an existing boiler or ordered with the company's V9 and V11 commercial boilers.
