The model 355CAV Plus 95s™ Condensing Gas Furnace is designed for ultra-high efficient operation with 95 percent AFUE in the upflow position. It is approved for use with natural or propane gas and is GAMA certified. The unit can be field converted and comes with a sealed inner door that assists in troubleshooting, as air patterns are not disturbed when the outer door is removed for service. The unit employs Bryant's PerfectSense™ feature that utilizes a multi-stage gas valve, along with a unique arrangement with the multi-stage gas control, variable speed blower, and inducer. This 4-way multi-position product is ideal for residential applications but can also be used in small commercial applications. According to the company, the furnace provides up to 73 percent more consistent temperature control than single stage furnaces. As part of an Evolution System, which requires four control wires, the unit features service reminders on a user interface screen. The control allows users to manage temperature, humidity, air quality, fan speed, and ventilation.
