Broan Ultra Silent Humidity Sensing Fan

Installing a Broan® Ultra Silent™ Humidity Sensing Fan became easier for contractors with project packs providing what they need, when they need it, when it comes to humidity sensing ventilation fans. The project packs have two components that combine to form one complete unit, the four pack of housings only, and the single finish pack. In combination, they offer the convenience of not having to disassemble, store and possibly damage or lose the post-drywall components until needed. The Broan QTRE100S humidity sensing fan is automatic – once there is a rapid rise in humidity within the room, the fan will automatically turn on to exhaust excess moisture and turn off after 20 minutes. The Energy Star® qualified QTRE100S operates at 1.5 Sones and exhausts 100 CFM. It also features 4-inch ducting and a three-year warranty. On average, Energy Star fans, such as this one, use 65 percent less energy than standard models and may qualify for local utility rebates. HVI-certified for performance claims and designed for easy installation, the Broan QTRE100S is UL Listed for use over bathtubs and showers when connected to a GFCI protected branch circuit.
