Bradford White Buys Aero Environmental

AMBLER, PA — Bradford White Corp. has purchased Aero Environmental Ltd. of Mississauga, ON, Canada. According to Bradford White, Aero Environmental is one of Canada’s largest manufacturers of oil-fired heating products.

Bradford White also recently purchased Niles Steel Tank Company of Niles, MI. The company says that both acquisitions are part of a strategic plan to supply customers with a broad line of products for the plumbing and heating industry.

“Niles Steel Tank was just the beginning,” said A. Robert Carnevale, president and CEO of Bradford White. “With today’s acquisition of Aero Environmental and success with some of our other ‘irons in the fire,’ tomorrow’s Bradford White will be able to offer a line of proprietary and distinctive products available only through industry wholesalers and professional installers.”

Aero Environmental will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Bradford White Corp. Ian Brooker has been appointed as vice president and general manager of the new subsidiary, while Michael Brooker has been appointed as vice president of manufacturing.
