Version 10.0 of an interactive electronic catalog is available on CD-ROM. It contains technical information on over 6,500 of the manufacturer's motors, drives, and generators. Product information includes nameplate data, dimension drawings, performance and test data, replacement parts, and accessories. A search function allows users to find products using only limited information. The catalog includes the BE$T Energy Savings Tool, which calculates an existing motor's annual electricity usage based on its nominal efficiency versus the annual electricity usage of the Standard-E® or Super-E® premium-efficiency motors. The tool can calculate what the energy savings are when a variable-speed drive is used. A link to the company's Web site and listings of the sales offices and authorized service centers are provided on the CD.
