KENNESAW, Ga. - Carrier Corp.’s Automated Logic Corp. (ALC) has acquired AERO Integrated Solutions Inc. (AERO), an independent ALC controls contractor with offices in Glen Allen, Va. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

AERO designs, installs, and services building control systems for a wide range of customer segments, including schools, colleges and universities, government and commercial offices, and data centers, throughout the state of Virginia. It has been an ALC dealer since 1989. Steve Loving, AERO president, and the firm’s management team will continue in their respective roles.
