The TVS 800 Series trap valve station is offered in cast iron for horizontal installations with integral piston valves. The valve station offers the benefits of a piston valve integrated into one compact trap-valve casting, the manufacturer states. The TVS will accommodate a test valve, strainer, internal check valve, thermic vent bucket, TrapAlert™, and SteamEye® - remote steam trap monitoring system for steam traps. The maximum operating pressure is 250 psig (17 bar). Three models are available: TVS 811, TVS 812, and TVS 813. The blowdown valve is made of stainless steel.
