CHICAGO, IL — The Unified Group, a national network of independent hvacr contractors, has started a partnership with Enhance-It™, Hilton Head, SC. The partnership will provide Unified Group member companies with a discount on the company’s Northern Lights® Air Cleansing System.

According to The Unified Group, the system uses ultraviolet (UV) lights to sterilize the microorganisms found in indoor air, to help reduce or eliminate the presence of mold, germs, viruses, bacteria, fungi, and spores in residential and commercial buildings.

“The system is easy to install and maintain, and is highly effective,” said Julie Bishop, executive director of The Unified Group. According to Bishop, the lighting unit features one high-output UV bulb, which can be installed in minutes. The only maintenance requirement is annual bulb replacement.
