Alliance Awards Scholarship To Technical Center In Florida

PANAMA CITY, FL — Excellence Alliance Foundation, along with Nordyne and EAI member Peaden Air Conditioning, Panama City, FL, has awarded a $4,000 scholarship to the Tom P. Haney Technical Center in Panama City.

The presentation took place at the center in conjunction with the Bay County Chamber of Commerce Industry Appreciation Kick-off Luncheon. Also, at this function, Peaden Air Conditioning was honored as Bay County’s nominee for the Governor’s Business Leadership Award.

One intention of EAF is to award scholarships for the education of the future workforce in the contracting industry. All contributions to EAF go towards scholarships. Excellence Alliance Inc., an organization devoted to creating opportunities for independent HVAC contractors, covers all administrative expenses.

There are currently more than 250 member locations in EAI’s nationwide network of residential and commercial/mechanical contractors representing over $2.5 billion in sales.
