The TL15-B gasketed plate heat exchanger is specifically designed for applications that require a high demand for thermal efficiency in both heating and cooling duties where there is a need for a close temperature approach and a large temperature change. These heat transfer applications include pressure breakers, district cooling interchangers, and heat recovery. Depending on media used, permitted pressure drop, and temperature program, the heat exchanger has a liquid flow rate of up to 1,900 gpm. With operating pressures of up to 460 psi, the heat exchanger comes with all relevant plate and gasket materials for HVAC applications, including stainless steel and titanium plates as well as specialized nozzles and seals.
