PHE Impact is a free-cooling payback analysis program for ARI-certified plate heat exchangers. The interactive program calculates the payback time and energy-savings benefits that can be gained by utilizing waterside economizers in HVAC systems. This program performs a load simulation based on user inputs and contains weather data from more than 50 different U.S. cities. It creates schematic diagrams showing estimated free cooling hours both annually and monthly.
